Job Title: Admin & Account Assistant
Location: Penang Science Park North, Juru
Salary Range: RM2300- RM2500

Job Description
We’re looking for someone with experience in administrative work and a positive attitude to learn and grow, especially in basic accounting tasks.
You will be supporting the daily administrative operations, invoicing, and order coordination to ensure smooth workflow between departments and customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
- Collect order details from management and coordinate deliveries to customers
- Liaise with transport/logistics team to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as aging reports, payment tracking, and simple reconciliations
- Maintain proper records of documents, invoices, and delivery orders
- Support other ad-hoc admin or accounting tasks as needed
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Accounting, or related field
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good organization, communication, and time management skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Displays leadership qualities such as initiative, problem-solving, and ownership of tasks
