Job Description
- Review and interpret M&E(ACMV/Electrical) tender documents and drawing.
- Take off, prepare bills of quantities and cost estimation for M&E services.
- Workout preliminary M&E design for design and build tenders.
- Prepare technical data and proposal for tender submission.
- Responsible in the overall contract administration including main contractor and subcontract.
- Review letter of award from client / main contractor.
- Negotiate, evaluate, and shortlist supplier / subcontractor.
- Prepare monthly progress claim and process subcontractor / supplier monthly payment.
- Control and monitor project budget including proposing value engineering solution and work closely with site manager / engineer.
Job Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor， Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2 years experience.
- Experience and knowledge in M&E services and systems.
- Working experience as ACMV/Electrical QS is preferred.
- Responsible, independent, hardworking, good in interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.

Pay: RM11,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
