Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ACMV projects from design to commissioning.
- Develop and monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and control.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment for the project.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning phases of ACMV systems.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the team and subcontractors.
- Prepare regular project progress reports for stakeholders.
- Resolve project issues and delays promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation and handover of completed projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ACMV project management within the M&E industry.
- Strong understanding of ACMV systems, including HVAC, ventilation, and related components.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex ACMV projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
