Job Responsibilities:
- Perform reconciliation of accounts and verification of work orders against invoices.
- Organise, maintain, and manage financial records and documents accurately.
- Prepare and process financial documents (e.g., invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, account statements, etc.)
- Ensure timely updates of financial data.
- Execute administrative tasks (e.g. voucher printing, filing, and arranging courier services for document collection and delivery).
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/LCCI or STPM/ SPM leavers with strong interest or working experience in accounting are encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel applications.
- Self-starter and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
