Job Responsibilites:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for building equipment and facilities.
- Respond to tenants’ complaints and troubleshoot faults to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with contractors and maintain records of work orders, service logs, and asset tagging.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, Building Maintenance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in electrical troubleshooting, wiring, or any related field.
- Experience in building maintenance or handyman work is an added advantage.
- Possess technical competency in mechanical, electrical, or building systems (e.g., Chargeman certification is an advantage).
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
