Position : Accounts / Finance Executive

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
We are a rapidly growing manufacturer in the optical transceiver industry, providing high-performance solutions to global markets. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts/Finance Executive to join our finance team in Johor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and GL entries
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closings
- Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Handle tax submissions, SST, e-Invoice and liaise with tax agents
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and account balances
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience (mid-level)
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP system and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax laws
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
