1. Minimum 1 years working experience in Building Management Office
2. Able to work independently without guidance
3. Able to work as a team
4. At times need to travel to sites
5. Must have handled Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
6. Familiar with Bank Reconciliation
8. Holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance
9. Priority given to candidates from Accounts Department in Building Management Office
