Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented *Account Assistant* to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals passionate about starting a career in accounting. You will support day-to-day finance and accounting operations while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in handling accounts payable and receivable
* Prepare and process invoices and payments
* Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records
* Support month-end and year-end closing activities
* Maintain filing systems for financial documents
* Assist in preparing reports and financial summaries
* Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate record-keeping
Requirements
* Age between 18 to 30 years old
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
* Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be an advantage
* Familiarity with AutoCount accounting software is preferred
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic accounting principles
* Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
* Able to work independently and in a team
