Job Responsibilities
- Managing full set of accounts for the company, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cashflow and Monthly Management Report
- Preparing closing of company accounts in the accounting system and monthly management accounts, bank reconciliations, journal vouchers, and other supporting schedules and worksheets- Handle accounts and finance operations
- Liaise with bankers, company secretaries, tax agents, internal and external auditions and etc.
- Prepare EPF, Socso, income tax calculations as well as submitting and making prompt payments
- Process and to ensure GST submission is accurate and within the time frame
Job Requirements
- Preferably a candidate with a minimum of Diploma in Finance/Accountanty/Banking or equivalent. Candidates with LCCI holders with full sets of accounts experience are encouraged to apply.
- Able to understand and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and English
- Must be able to handle full set accounts, preferably with 2 years of experience
- Meticulous, strong analytical skills, independent with good interpersonal personality
