Roles and Responsibilities
Ø To prepare daily bank in slip for cash, cheque and credit card transaction.
Ø To record and maintain cash sales and invoice into sales book.
Ø May update the debtor records regularly upon receipts of payments.
Ø May key in manual credit card transactions.
Ø Search and create new debtor code if necessary and key in manual invoices and cash sales.
Ø Maintaining and monitoring all aspects of general accounting function.
Ø Processes receipts and other necessary accounting activities which may include accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Requirements
ü Possess at least STPM/ Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or Finance/ or equivalent.
ü Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
ü Required skill(s): Computer literate.
ü Experience(s): At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field / Fresh graduate
ü Good working attitude and responsibility.
