Job Description
- To handle full set of accounts;
- Prepare Trial Balance and assist in Management Report;
- To ensure timely processing of daily payments and maintain them accurately in an accounting system;
- To ensure timely sales & banks reconciliation and maintain them accurately in an accounting system;
- To monitor company & departmental operating expenditure spending within the approved budgets;
- To monitor and reconcile the account payable and receivable;
- Ensure online bank account numbers of suppliers are set up accurately and all payments are properly authorized;
- To monitor the utilization of funds and assist in daily cash flow management;
- Maintain Bank Balance information, Petty Cash, Cash Journal and Cash Book records;
- Assist & support the year-end audit & annual tax submission;
- Process suppliers & staff expenses claims;
- Support & work with direct reports & team members to establish goals and objectives for each year;
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Able to start work immediately will be considered.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field will be added advantage.
- Have own transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
