Job Description:
- Handle full set of accounts.
- Preparation of management and financial statement analysis reports.
- Plan and control the Company’s cash flow, funding and budget allocation.
- Control and manages end-to-end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payments, monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Provide and interpret monthly financial information and operating reports to the Management.
- Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with Company policy.
- Preparation of bank reconciliation, creditors’ reconciliation and debtor’s reconciliation.
- Responsible for journal entries and general ledger entries and preparation of final accounts for month end accounts closing.
- Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
- Ensure all Invoices and Credit Note, Debit Note is being uploaded into MyInvois Portal.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary, legal, bankers and etc.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks required by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.
- Familiar with AutoCount Software will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Finance/ Accounts.
- Committed, analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
