Job Descriptions :
- Handle full set of accounts and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including SST, corporate tax, audit, and other government regulations.
- Prepare management financial statements such as profit & loss.
- Prepare regular updates and reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with auditors and other external parties for audits and statutory filings.
- Maintain proper documentation and records to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff as needed.
- Handle ad-hoc financial tasks, including support during audit, assisting in forecasting, and liaising with external parties.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SQL) and MS Excel.
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Malay, English & Mandarin languages (both written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Handling sensitive financial data with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
