Job Purpose:
To manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and achieve sales targets through strategic account management, upselling, and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute account plans to grow revenue within existing accounts.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, support, finance) to meet client needs.
- New Business Development:
- Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the business development team on new client acquisitions when necessary.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records in Sales tracker.
- Provide regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
- Analyze account performance and propose corrective actions as needed.
- Contract & Negotiation:
- Lead contract renewals and price negotiations.
- Ensure agreements are aligned with company goals and profit margins.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client industries.
- Share insights with internal stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in sales or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in Aviation Sector will be an added Advantage
