Responsibilities: -

Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT systems including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software and peripherals;
Server administration which includes installation & configuration, backup & recovery, security, periodical server maintenance and etc.;
Network administration which includes troubleshooting, performance, infrastructure, security, maintenance etc.;
To monitor e-mail hosting server operation includes e-mail maintenance and housekeeping;
Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords, access to internet;
Evaluate, propose & implement any upgrading, improvement and/ or new hardware or software;
Planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work;
Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence;
To develop and maintain system documentation;
Ensure records of IT resources utilization are well maintained;
Ensure that all software products are licensed correctly;
Undertake special assignment, ad hoc functions and related duties as assigned.

Requirements: -

Degree/ Diploma in any Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent;
At least 3 years working experience in the related field;
Passionate about technology and enjoy software development, riding on the latest technologies;
Independent, resourceful and able to work under minimal supervision;
Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to support all levels of employee;
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
