Key responsibilities:
- Complete day-to-day AP tasks including the timely and accurate processing of invoices and credits, matching invoices and the reconciliation of supplier account.
- Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accurate account balances and resolve any invoice discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies, obtain necessary approvals, and clarify invoice details.
- Process employee expense claims.
- In charge of payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Provide assistance for annual audit for accounts payable.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accurate financial
reporting.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess in Diploma/Degree of Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience.
- Possess good communications and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in office software and tools.
- Proven experience in handling accounts payable and full set accounts.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English, as the role involves managing Mandarin-speaking regions.
