Job Scope / Responsibilities :
Accounting
- Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, etc.)
- Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and supporting documents
- Maintain proper records, filing, and documentation for audit and compliance
- Ensure timely submission of SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other statutory payments
Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration, stationery, and document control
- Handle company email in professional manner.
- Support any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements :
- At least 1 year of experience handling full set of accounts
- Minimum professional certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in Ms Word and Excel is a must
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a must (to liaise with internal team and clients)
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently
Working Hours: 10 a.m - 7 p.m
Clock In: 9:30 a.m.
Lunch: 1 p.m - 2:15 p.m.
Working Days: Tuesday - Saturday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
