To support an organization's financial and administrative function.
1. Responsible for basic of accounts (update payment voucher)
2. Responsible for monthly report.
3. Processing transaction - support operational day-to-day transaction.
4. Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order
5. Prepare monthly submission claims, SST, rentals, utilities and related bills
6. Overtime calculation
7. Banking matters - cheque deposits, token application etc.
8. Responsible for ensuring clients payment is paid on time.
9. Perform admin related duties and ad-hoc duties
Requirement:-
- STPM/Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- LCCI Qualifications (if any)
- Familiar with SQL system
- Driving license compulsory.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Independent and able to multi-task.
- Willing to run errands and travel out of office.
- Good team player and positive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
