Store Operations
- Ensure merchandise is consistently replenished and attractively displayed on the sales floor.
- Gather, organize, and compile data required for sales and customer service reports.
- Follow all standard opening and closing procedures diligently each day.
- Ensure all cash and sales transactions comply with company operational guidelines.
Sales Performance
- Work towards achieving individual and pop-up store sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Contribute actively to the boutique’s overall sales performance through strong product knowledge and effective customer engagement.
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining high levels of professionalism and courtesy.
- Address customer feedback and complaints tactfully, ensuring prompt and suitable resolution.
- Represent the brand with pride, embodying Braun Büffel’s prestige and luxury image.
- Support after-sales processes such as exchanges, repairs, and customer follow-ups.
- Build and maintain an accurate, up-to-date customer database.
- Assist in guiding and mentoring new team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
Professional Grooming
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance, adhering to the company’s grooming standards at all times.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Take accountability for inventory accuracy and assist in monthly stock counts as directed by the Boutique Manager.
- Ensure stock count records match system data; address discrepancies within 2–3 days.
- Implement and uphold stock security measures to prevent theft and minimize shrinkage.
Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising
- Keep the boutique clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Acquire and retain in-depth product knowledge to effectively support sales and address customer inquiries.
Teamwork & Initiative
- Demonstrate initiative and a proactive mindset in daily tasks.
- Communicate effectively and foster positive relationships with both colleagues and customers.
