Role Overview
This is a contract position for a Well Completion and Intervention Supervisor. The successful candidate will oversee well completion, intervention, and survey operations both onshore and offshore. The role requires effective leadership to ensure that all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with industry regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of well completion and intervention work on both offshore and onshore sites
- Develop and issue detailed daily operational plans, including specific job steps and tool requirements
- Enforce compliance with HSE standards and permit-to-work systems across all teams and contractors
- Conduct pre-job safety briefings, risk assessments, and coordination meetings
- Inspect and confirm readiness of all tools and equipment prior to use
- Act as the primary liaison between field operations and engineering teams
- Provide accurate daily reports on progress and activities to project management
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field
- At least 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with a focus on well completion and intervention
- Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity overseeing offshore or wellsite operations
- Strong technical knowledge in Slickline, E-line, Coiled Tubing Unit (CTU), and related services
- Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams in hazardous work environments
