POSITION SUMMARY
Provide administrative support at Wellness Centre
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend to all enquiries regarding the services at Wellness Centre
- Schedule appointments for the masseurs from walk-in and call-in customers
- Daily compilation of receipts and payments for submission to finance
- To coordinate and arrange with interested parties for external demos and functions
- Ensure all customers records are up-to-date
- Issuance of receipts for payments from customers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Able to use Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a valid driving license
- Willing to be based in Penang
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
