CJ representative in Penang Branch for Coway operation.
Job Responsibility:
INBOUND
- Manage entire receiving and assist in receiving and delivery status report.
- To asisst superior in day to day operation activities and billing accuracy.
- To make sure smooth coordination with inventory & operations team pertaining to the order.
- To assist superior by providing reports.
- To make sure Inbound and Goods receiving are in order.
- To assist in investigation of accidents and near misses and the reporting of these incidents with Corrective action and preventive Action.
- Should promote ideas for the improvement of Health and Safety standards and also provide suitable suggestions for reductions in risk.
- To ensure daily clean working areas and also assist to maintain clear gangways togther with high standards of local housekeeping and hygiene.
OUTBOUND
- To manage entire Outbound operation.
- Key in picking and loading tracking in Excel sheet.
- Segregate pick list by category and arrange for picking.
- Monitor pickers output productivity.
- Hand over pick list to checker.
- Check and verify checkers accuracy randomly. Conduct audit.
- Completed process pick list, hand over to Outbound Planner for gate pass and invoice processing.
- Loading goods into truck by first come first serve basis.
- Ensure driver to acknowledge invoice and gate pass.
- Meet KPI as per Customers requirement.
- To carry out duties as and when instructed by Superior & management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity in warehousing and distribution.
- At least 1-2 years of working as supervisor.
- Computer Literate
- Good knowledge in warehouse management system.
- Good communication skills.
- Can start work immediately will be an advantage.
- Able to work in Seberang Perai, Penang
