Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Stock Management
- Assist with periodic and ad-hoc stock takes to ensure accurate inventory levels
- Monitor stock movement and update records for incoming and outgoing goods
- Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded and aligned with internal systems
- Support administrative tasks related to inventory tracking and stock reconciliation
- Quality Control (QC)
- Perform quality checks on incoming stock to identify defects or damages
- Assist in maintaining QC documentation and filing records systematically
- Ensure items meet quality standards before they are stored or dispatched
- Repairs & Troubleshooting
- Maintain detailed records of repaired items, including nature of issues and actions taken
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs, which may occasionally require travelling to client sites or external locations
- Liaise with service teams or vendors for complex repair cases
- Administrative & System Support
- Work closely with admin and operations teams to ensure warehouse records are up-to-date
- Input and verify data in the warehouse management or inventory system
- Assist in preparing reports related to inventory levels, QC results, and repairs
- General Warehouse Support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and preparing items for dispatch
- Assist with documentation for deliveries, returns, and stock adjustments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
