Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor, delivers exceptional customer focused service through adherence to The Zenith Hotel Policies and Procedures.
- Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
- Overall involved in Guest Service on Beverage.
- Service Preparation: Grooming is impeccable and in accordance with The Zenith Hotel personal presentation standards, Outlet equipment is clean, Equipment is sorted and stored & Glassware is polished.
- Main Duties: Flatware is polished, Chinaware is clean, Waiter stations are prepared, Cutlery is placed for buffet and table service, Tables are set, Reservations are read and familiarized, Special occasions are ready, Outlet is ready for service and guest comfort and etc.
Requirements:
- Min SPM and above with Min ½ years working experience and well knowledge in food and beverage industry would be extra advantage.
- Able to communicate in both Bahasa Melayu and English. Ability to speak in a third language is an added advantage.
