Job Overview
The primary responsibility is to assist in monitoring the financial liquidity of the Group, including cash flow, banking, and investment activities, while overseeing administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Job Scope
- Assist in monitoring the company’s daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations and transactions, and taking prompt corrective action in the event of any funding shortfall.
- Coordinate with banks to manage accounts, monitor balances, and negotiate terms related to banking services.
- Collaborate with Investment Management to manage investments and maintain an optimal portfolio that supports the company’s financial goals.
- Ensure timely updates to cash flow projections, bank reconciliations, and related financial documents.
- Coordinate with relevant parties for periodic property valuations and associated matters.
- Compile relevant data for insurance renewals, reimbursements, and related tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and/or a professional qualification from a recognized accountancy body.
- Experience in cash management and banking operations is an added advantage.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
