The Sales Training Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our Conference sales team. This role ensures that sales professionals are equipped with the right tools, techniques, and industry knowledge to achieve business targets and maintain a competitive edge. The Sales Training Manager will collaborate closely with sales leadership to align training initiatives with business goals and continuously improve sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Training Program Development & Delivery
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing staff.
- Conduct onboarding sessions, product knowledge training, sales methodology, and consultative selling techniques.
- Introduce role-play, simulations, and case studies to improve practical sales skills.
Performance Monitoring & Coaching
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and sales performance metrics.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring for underperforming team members.
- Regularly track progress of trainees and identify areas for continuous development.
Content Creation & Resource Management
- Develop training materials, sales playbooks, scripts, and best practice guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and innovative training methods.
- Work with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging in all sales training content.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with Sales Leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Align training programs with sales strategies, revenue goals, and event objectives.
- Organize regular refresher courses, workshops, and certification programs.
Leadership & Compliance
- Serve as the subject matter expert for sales training initiatives.
- Ensure training programs are compliant with company policies and industry standards.
- Mentor junior trainers or sales coaches where applicable.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
