You will be the key person managing all sales activities on our TikTok Shop, from creating videos and hosting live sessions to finding affiliates. This isn't just a content creation job; it's a role focused on driving major sales growth on TikTok.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Create Sales-Focused Videos:
- Produce at least one high-quality TikTok video daily.
- The primary goal of these videos is to drive viewers to purchase products from our TikTok Shop.
- Host Live Selling Sessions:
- Act as the host for live streaming sessions on TikTok.
- You will showcase products, answer questions, and close sales directly during the live broadcast.
- Manage the TikTok Shop:
- Ensure our TikTok Shop is always up-to-date, visually appealing, and easy for customers to use.
- Optimize product listings to achieve maximum sales conversions.
- Find & Manage Affiliates:
- Identify and recruit influencers or other creators to become our affiliates.
- You will collaborate with and manage these partners to promote our products on TikTok.
- Plan Content Strategy:
- Develop a content calendar for TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Ensure all content is consistent and strategically designed to increase sales.
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Proven Track Record: You have a portfolio or can show examples of your past TikTok videos (it's a huge plus if you can demonstrate sales or high engagement results).
- Social Commerce Expert: You are very familiar with the TikTok Shop platform, hosting live streams, and the overall process of selling on social media.
- Confident On-Camera Presence: You are comfortable and confident speaking directly to the camera.
- Understands Affiliate Marketing: You know how affiliate programs work and how to collaborate effectively with influencers.
- Skilled Video Editor: You are highly proficient at editing videos using CapCut or similar software.
- Data-Driven Mindset: You enjoy looking at data and analytics (like TikTok Analytics) to understand which videos perform best and use those insights to create better content.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
