Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze tender documents to understand requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation and inputs.
- Prepare and compile tender submissions in line with client specifications.
- Track tender progress, submissions, and results.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, and organizational standards.
- Maintain an organized database of tender documentation and records.
- Monitor relevant tender portals for new opportunities.
- Provide administrative support to the commercial or sales team as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar tendering or administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with tendering platforms and procurement systems is an advantage such as E-PEROLEHAN
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
- Experience in security guard tender processes.
