Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, update, and organize technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other software.
2. Assist in preparing detailed construction documents, layouts, and specifications.
3. Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and project requirements.
4. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
5. Help in managing project schedules and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
6. Research materials, systems, and building technologies to support project teams.
7. Assist in tracking and organizing technical data, RFIs, and project reports.
8. Attend project meetings and assist in preparing meeting notes or action plans.
9. Provide general technical support to architects and designers during project development.
10. Handle and monitor the progress of authority submission.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. Preferable with 2 years of experience in a similar role
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
4. Familiarity with building codes, standards, and construction methods.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
7. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
