The Intern (SME Marketing) responsibilities include assisting the Marketing team in planning and executing marketing communication strategies for MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) partnerships and growing the segment to increase MSMEs’ confidence and awareness of Funding Societies’ financing solutions, aligned with the company’s objective to expand its market share. The role covers campaign ideation and implementation to tracking and analyzing the campaign performance ( i.e. prepare performance report )
What you will do:
- Assist in the planning, development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies for Micro, Small Medium Enterprises (MSME) businesses;
- Assist in suggesting new opportunities and awareness on the latest market and industry developments/trends to increase revenues/financing growth of the segment/organisation;
- Assist in building and managing MSME segment through partnership as aligned to company objective alongside with the Marketing team;
- Assist in tracking, compiling and preparing the performance statistic for all the marketing initiatives that are being launched through partnership and in-house;
- Assist in coordination with business units for the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives;
- Assist in campaign development from conceptualisation (with the support of internal creative team) to full campaign deployment across all marketing channels: i.e. Print, Radio, EDM, Digital, SMS, on-ground, and social platforms;
- To attend to any other ad hoc tasks assigned as and when required.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Undergraduates/ final year student in a degree in Business / Marketing / Mass Comm or any related field
- Proactive, independent, results-oriented and a highly motivated self-starterValue-adding team player and able to work as a team with good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills with strong follow-through abilities
- Highly creative with experience in planning and executing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong command of written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good command of written and oral Mandarin will be a plus.
- Possess good communication styles and is able to leverage on the team's abilities.
This internship comes with a monthly allowance of RM1,000.
