Indoor Sales Admin & Customer Service Executive

We’re looking for a versatile and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Indoor Sales Admin & Customer Service Executive. This hybrid role blends administrative precision with front-line customer interaction—perfect for someone who thrives on multitasking and making people feel welcome.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Sales Administration
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Confirm order details (quantity, pricing, delivery) with customers
- Coordinate delivery arrangements with the logistics team
- Assist the sales team with quotations and customer communications
- Prepare and file essential sales documents (sales order, sales quotation, invoices, delivery orders, quotations)
- Maintain up-to-date records in the order and inventory system
- Follow up with customers on upcoming projects and newly promoted products to secure orders.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve issues and provide timely updates on order status and delivery
- Build strong relationships with customers through attentive service and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Reception Duties
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage incoming calls.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or receptionist roles preferred.
- Have experienced working with Sales Temm
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
- Friendly, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break)
Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
