Responsibilities
- Support the store manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Develop sales plans and strategies, while guiding the retail team to achieve set targets.
- Work closely with headquarters and platforms to align with company strategies and ensure effective implementation.
- Monitor product movement, coordinate timely stock replenishment, and ensure displays meet visual merchandising standards.
- Supervise customer service activities, address escalated issues, and ensure a positive customer journey.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and motivation of store employees to maintain high engagement and service quality.
- Maintain strong communication and cooperation with retail partners to drive seamless execution of business strategies.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in retail operations or retail management.
- Strong knowledge of retail KPIs, merchandising standards, and customer engagement practices.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to support customer service initiatives and resolve issues effectively.
- Comfortable acting as a key link between retail partners, corporate teams, and external stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,600.00 per month
