Job Description :
- Oversee and manage all store operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
- Work closely with the Pharmacist-in-Charge to ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and company SOPs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, develop action plans, and drive store profitability.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and liaise with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Lead, coach, and motivate store staff to maintain high service standards and meet performance goals.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between front-end retail staff and the pharmacy team.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years in retail management (pharmacy, healthcare preferred).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work closely with a licensed Pharmacist to ensure smooth store and pharmacy operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
