An inbound customer service executive plays a significant role in building a brand's reputation.
You are expected to provide first contact resolution per standard operating procedures.
Job Descriptions.
- Your responsibilities include responding to calls, emails, messages, and any other means of communication from customers to help meet their needs and inquiries.
- Solving all product or service-related issues of the customers.
- Keeping a proper record of the customers.
- Maintaining and updating the information of the customers regularly
- Providing the best possible solution to the queries of the customers

- Good communication skills (in BM & English) are a must.
- Able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends, and public holidays.
- Possess outstanding customer service skills, customer-focused, with a desire to resolve each customer's issue.

Additional Details:-
Working Location: Ampang Jaya, Jalan Kolam Air Lama. (Near Ampang Puteri Hospital / Behind Ampang Point)
Working Hours: Rotation Shifts, Monday – Sunday (5 working days & 2 rotational off (8.00am - 5.00pm, 8.30am - 5.30pm, 9.00 am - 6.00pm, 10.00 am - 7.00pm, 11.00am - 8.00pm, 12.00 pm- 9.00 pm)
Basic Salary from RM2,200- RM2,800 (based on relevant working experience)
Fixed monthly attendance allowance RM200
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
