Services & Sales Support :
- Responsible to update the daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc services done for monthly service reportings (for invoicing & commissions).
- To coordinate the service team (HQ office) to ensure they follow the Purchase Order service quantity (PO) and assist in any scheduled services as per requests Sales Team (ensure all service requests are as per PO / Sales orders).
- Compile & Reconcile all teams’ service reports based on submitted service slips for prompt and accurate submission to Accounts for invoicing purpose at agreed scheduled dates.
- Maintain and update the Services Masterlist to ensure accuracy at all time for submission to Accounts for invoicing.
- Generate and prepare service commission reports for payroll purpose.
- Help sales and debtor teams with payments / collections / debtor payments via updating into sales software.
- To assist sales team to register new customers, create quotes for sales team and other related scopes.
- Any adhoc task from Management.
