Position Overview:
The Service Crew plays a key role in delivering a welcoming and efficient customer experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in the smooth daily operations of the café. As a frontline representative, the Waiter / Waitress ensures customers feel attended to, comfortable, and satisfied throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Accurately take orders, handle special requests, and relay them to the kitchen or barista station.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure correct items are delivered to the right tables.
- Provide information about the menu, make recommendations, and handle basic inquiries.
Floor & Table Management:
- Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained before, during, and after service.
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests.
- Monitor cleanliness in the dining area, condiment stations, and customer-facing spaces.
Team Coordination:
- Work closely with baristas, kitchen staff, and fellow service crew members to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Support teammates during busy periods by assisting with clearing, running food, or handling cashier duties as needed.
Cleanliness & Hygiene:
- Follow hygiene and sanitation procedures at all times, including during food handling.
- Ensure front-of-house cleanliness standards are met consistently throughout the day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
