Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, adhering to quality standards.
- Anticipate and respond to customers' needs, providing recommendations and assistance as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next customers.
- Handle payment transactions accurately and securely, processing orders through our point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Uphold company policies and standards for food safety, hygiene, and customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
- Must have SPM.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
