Job Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact between customers and the workshop team.
- Greet customers, understand their service needs, and provide professional advice.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service.
- Update customers on job progress and obtain approval for additional repairs if needed.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure excellent after-service follow-up to maintain long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Automotive/Business or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in the automotive service industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, service software).
