Job Description
What You’ll Do
Collaborate & Problem-Solve: Partner with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Ops to co-design solutions that drive growth and solve real challenges.
Research & Insights: Analyse user behaviour, property trends, and business performance to surface insights, validate assumptions, and guide strategic decisions.
Own Projects End-to-End: Lead key initiatives from ideation to delivery — creating clear plans, tracking progress, and ensuring results are achieved.
Engage Stakeholders: Build trusted relationships across teams and with external partners to keep strategies aligned and execution smooth.
Performance & OKRs: Drive business reviews, align OKRs, and embed a data-driven culture by tracking the metrics that matter.
Influence Decisions: Bring fresh perspectives to leadership reviews through compelling reports, dashboards, and presentations.
What We’re Looking For
5 years’ experience in business analysis, consulting, or strategy
Strong with numbers — proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with experience in SQL or BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI)
Independent, proactive, and structured in approach — but equally comfortable working across teams to drive outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — confident working with senior leaders, and influencing decisions through storytelling with data.
Creative and curious, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and still get to structured, actionable insights.
Experience or interest in the property industry or digital marketplaces is a bonus.
