Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery sessions with purchasing, operations, and warehouse staff.
Facilitate workshop sessions in Mandarin/Hokkien, ensuring clear communication between international consultants and local staff.
Document “as-is” processes across back office/warehouse.
Translate business needs into functional requirements.
Validate that automation and forecasting deliver measurable improvements with client.
Optionally continue as a change management support role post-workshop
Qualifications
Strong background in business analysis or functional consulting (ERP/warehouse/purchasing).
Familiarity with ERP/BI/reporting tools.
Ability to communicate with both IT teams and non-technical business users.
Ability to map end-to-end processes and identify inefficiencies.
Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory, English required.
Based in KL or Penang, with flexibility to travel between sites.
Nice to have:
Hokkien and Cantonese considered strong advantages.

Pay: RM100.00 - RM140.00 per hour
