The Security Coordinator will work with the Global Security Team with mid-level, high volumes of security transactional activities. Provide coordination of activities needed to consistently improve and standardize the Security Team’s daily incident response and global audit programs. Review and resolve daily proctor security reports, investigate, and escalate as needed to clients and management. Schedule, score, and report on global secret shops, and coordinate logistics for Prometric’s global DVR audit program and complete audits as required. Act as the interface between the Security Team and other stakeholders for providing security analysis and reports. Assist the Security Team in meeting client-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Other security duties as assigned. This role will report to Prometric’s International Security Manager. Responsibilities: Coordination of Security Training
Become familiar with Prometric Test Centre and Remote Testing Administration and Security policies & procedures including customer service, candidate check-in, security protocols, proctoring, and handling candidate misconduct.
Obtain Prometric TCA certification for both Test Centers and Remote Testing, and re-certify each year.
Assist with the creation and revision of Prometric global standard security policies and procedures for both global test centers and remote proctors.
Identify training / compliance gaps, escalate to Global Security and Operations Teams, and assist in resolving to ensure compliance by global proctors. Coordination of Security Incident Response & Investigations
Review and resolve all daily security-related Centre Problem Reports (CPRs). Review security CPRs daily, escalate serious issues by logging in security Case Management database, gather & review relevant evidence (sign-in logs, DVR video, etc.), and notify appropriate client services staff for program. Draft security summary reports for high-level incidents, working with the International Security Manager.
Implement corrective action and re-training when proper security protocols are not followed.
Help develop processes to ensure test center compliance with Prometric Security policies & procedures, ensure processes are properly communicated to global channel and remote proctors.
Coordination of Security Audits Coordinate activities of the Prometric Secret Shop Program as required. To include, but not limited to – Identify priority AP&C/APTC/IT/STN sites to be shopped, coordinate with clients and global audit vendor to obtain exam vouchers, schedule investigators, review and score completed shop reports, track in security database and various scorecards, and generate monthly reports for Global Security Management.
Review findings from Secret Shops & Audits, score into pass or fail, and communicate to Channel Management to ensure Corrective / Preventative Action Plans (CAPAs) are implemented.
Coordinate secret shops of Prometric’s Remote Testing Operation as described above. Complete DVR Surveillance Audits – Meet monthly/quarterly business SLA’s Complete the relevant DVR audit form to submit audit reports to the relevant teams.
Review and resolve requests for audit score appeals / disputes from the Global Test Center and Remote Proctoring Operations Teams. Other Security-related duties as needed.
Participate in Global Security Projects and initiatives – Training Initiatives, Mission Possible Team, New client implementations, etc. Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of operations experience in assessment, research, compilation, and report writing preferably in the security operation industry.
Ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter. Ability to work different time zones.
Fluent in written & spoken English.
Excellent oral/written communication skills are required, included demonstrated ability to package into a client facing security summary reports.
Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with experience in security analysis, research, assessment, and presentation of data
