Salesperson (Full-Time)
Overview
We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Salespersons. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients face-to-face, and driving sales. You will receive ongoing training and guidance, with opportunities to earn attractive commissions on top of your basic salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and pursue leads (some will be provided initially)
- Conduct in-person client meetings (minimal virtual meetings)
- Prepare and manage sales documentation (office support provided)
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements
- Aged 20–30, fresh graduates are welcome
- Minimum SPM qualification, fluent in English and Malay
- Own a car (RM500 petrol and car allowance provided)
- Determined, hardworking, and motivated to succeed
Work Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic salary: RM2,500
- Commission based on sales performance (up to RM2,500/month)
- Allowances: RM500 for petrol and car
- Paid time off (12–14 days annual leave, medical leave)
Probation
- 6 months with progressive responsibilities and training

Ability to commute/relocate:
