Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and manage daily content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with brand messaging, product highlights, and seasonal campaigns.
- Write engaging copy and produce visuals that drive engagement and community growth.
- Monitor platform trends and algorithm updates to continuously improve content strategy and performance.
Website Content & Updates
- Oversee website content updates, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and an optimal user experience.
- Manage landing pages and promotional banners in line with ongoing campaigns and seasonal offers.
- Coordinate SEO-friendly content and visuals to support visibility and conversion goals.
Creative & Visual Development
- Produce and support the development of digital assets, including banners, infographics, social media creatives, or video content (shooting and editing).
- Ensure all content and visuals follow branding guidelines and maintain a cohesive look across channels.
Marketing Support & Coordination
- Assist in creating marketing proposals, visual decks for customers and corporate clients.
- Collaborate across teams to align content across social media, website, and campaign needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing.
- Proficient in managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok or any other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and SEO principles.
- Skilled in graphic tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong copywriting and visual coordination abilities.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
