- Manage, grow & develop business opportunities with key accounts
- To develop collaborative trading partnership with key customers with constant strategic business planning to drive category sales and to gain market share
- Monitor and review sales performance & marketing effectiveness
- Responsible on Trading Terms negotiations with the retailer on yearly basis.
- To develop and execute Joint-Business Plans via Trade Marketing Campaigns with retailers on the objectives in driving sales performances & maximizing brand awareness
- Actively engage in meetings with customers and proactively look at best solution for the business
- Manage collections.
- Develop new markets and expand our key account base
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business related fields
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English is a must.
- Minimum 2-3 years sales experience in food industry.
- Computer literate with good communication, report and presentation skills
- Strong account management, influencing, negotiation, analytical thinking and able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (verbal & understanding). Independent & able to work in a team.
- Fast learner & aggressive
- Possess own transport and willing to travel (States to cover : KL, Selangor, Penang, Johor)
