Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information in Mandarin, Bahasa and English
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and market trends
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and company events as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
- Minimum SPM/Diploma; Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
