Outlet Manager – Operational Team
We are a dynamic company in the Food & Beverage industry, looking for a dedicated and results-driven Outlet Manager to join our Operational Team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily outlet operations, lead the service team, ensure excellent customer experience, and drive the outlet’s overall performance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum STPM or University level education, diploma or degree in Hospitality/Business Management is an advantage.
- Proven experience in F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue.
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve performance standards.
- Monitor sales, costs, and inventory to optimize outlet performance.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction.
- Implement company policies, standards, and procedures within the outlet.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
