We are a prominent toy importer in Malaysia with retail outlets across major shopping malls. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to support our stores in the Klang Valley area. This role is essential in ensuring our products are well-presented, fully stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Merchandising: Replenish, organize, and arrange merchandise according to brand guidelines and visual standards.
2. Display Execution: Set up and maintain attractive product displays to maximize visibility and sales.
3. Outlet Servicing: Conduct regular visits to assigned outlets to ensure consistent merchandising and stock availability.
4. Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and advertising.
5. Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, coordinate with store management for stock replenishment, and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
6. Signage & Display Coordination: Manage and update in-store signage and promotional materials as needed.
7. Ad-hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management team.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales is an advantage.
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
5. This job required you to have your owned car. Having GDL license will be advantage.
