- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities, equipment, and systems.
- Repair or replace defective plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems as needed.
- Address maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel maintenance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
- Assist in emergency maintenance situations, including power outages, leaks, and equipment failures.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk staff to resolve maintenance issues.
- Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
- Perform general repairs such as painting, carpentry, and minor structural fixes.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
