We started with direct selling during Merdeka celebrations, expanded through an agent system during the MCO, and now focus on consignment, direct selling, large-scale events with government agencies, and online sales. - Coverage: 250-300 active outlets
Jobscope
Restock & Maintenance
- Visit outlets according to schedule (daily/bi-weekly).
- Restock products, ensure no stock-outs.
- Maintain product display racks (well-arranged & clean).
Sales Monitoring
- Record outlet sales & submit reports (daily & weekly).
- Collect data on fast-moving and slow-moving products.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain good relationships with outlet owners.
- Gather feedback from outlets regarding products.
Outlet Activation
- Assist in opening new outlets when assigned by Sales Manager.
- Ensure new outlets generate sales immediately after activation.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or FMCG (motivated fresh graduates are welcome).
- Own a vehicle (for restocking & store visits).
- Hardworking, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on, not just office work – willing to be in the field.

Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: RM1,800 – RM3,000 (depending on experience)
