Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize sales activities to meet annual targets.
- Develop and improve sales policies and procedures.
- Monitor market changes and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Review and approve sales contracts, invoices, and shipment documents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up on payments and manage credit risks.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Strong skills in competitive analysis, pricing, negotiation, and contract review.
- Proven experience in developing overseas markets.
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing) for communication with international clients.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle work pressure.
- Willingness to learn and improve continuously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
